Cudgel War XV & Smouldering Arrow, Inkoo, Finland 14.-23.7.2017

This is THE Summer event you don’t want to miss.

Ten days of relaxed camp life, fascinating A&S lectures and workshops, chivalrous tournaments, archery, three days of WAR, fantastic company, three saunas, and an idyllic lake with the beautiful view of the dreaded Monkey Island.

This year the first weekend of Cudgel will also host the Kingdom Archery event Smouldering Arrow. The Guest of honor and archery teacher is Master Pól ó Briain from Insulae Draconis.

The event is primarily a camping event, but we have about 70 beds/mattresses available. Additionally, we have indoor space for a textile workshop, lectures and assorted activities. We also have three saunas and a lake with the Monkey Island!

Three meals are available daily: plentiful breakfast, a light lunch and hot evening meal. On Wednesday and last Saturday we will serve great Feasts. We also have two small auxiliary kitchens for those who prefer to cook their own meals.

Due to kitchen and staff capacity issues, we are able to offer breakfast for up to 150 people and daily meals and feasts up to 100 people only, so book early. All meals will be made low-lactose. In addition to normal fare, we are able to accommodate lacto-ovo-vegetarians, remember to select this choice when making your reservation.

Site facilities include potable running (cold) water, hot water is available at the dining hall and for the showers in the main sauna. Unfortunately the site is not very friendly to people with mobility issues.
